Cancellation and Refund

Orders
How do I place an order?
You may place a booking by submitting your details in the embedded form located in the respective product page. Please note that all bookings are for a group size of minimum 20 pax, unless stated otherwise. Upon successful form submission, you will receive an email confirmation for your booking, and our sales team will subsequently contact you within 3 working days to proceed with your booking.

How do I view my orders?
You may check your past and present trips at the orders page, by navigating to your profile and click My Orders.
I have not received an order confirmation after I have made an order.

How do I make payment for an order?
Our sales team will contact you regarding payment within 3 working days after your booking has been successfully placed.

Our sales team will contact you regarding payment within 3 working days after your booking has been successfully placed. Upon contact, an invoice will be emailed to you. Please note that a booking is only considered successful upon receiving a confirmation email, but reservations will only be processed upon completion of payment.
What are the payment options available?
Presently, we only accept bank transfers. More payment methods will be added soon. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
How long will confirmation of payment take before my order is processed?
Upon making payment for your booking, kindly email a copy of the transaction receipt or any relevant proof of payment to us at support@thestudytravel.com This process may take up to 1 week, and we thank you for your patience regarding this matter.

Cancellation and Refund
An order is cancelled. How would the refund be processed?
A refund will be issued to the buyer within 30 days after their cancellation request has been approved. Sellers are allowed to retain payments which are non-refundable to the buyers in accordance with the buyer’s refund policy.

How do I have my programs listed here?
You can sell your education tourism or similar short term student mobility programs with StudyTravel by sending us an email to support@thestudytravel.com containing details of your company and the program information.
Please be advised that programs featured on StudyTravel are exclusive and cannot be sold elsewhere by the seller, including direct-to-customer sales.

I’d like to have my program receive an endorsement. How do I apply?
Endorsements are only given to programs that meet specific criterias. Endorsements act as a recommendation from StudyTravel and Tourism Malaysia, and endorsed programs will gain higher visibility over non-endorsed programs.
What are the criteria to have my program endorsed?
- The program has undergone necessary assessment by StudyTravel.
- The program includes the use of tourism services including hotel accommodations (or similar), transportations, and licensed guides.
- The program is short in duration, using social visit passes as a document of entry into Malaysia during a scheduled trip.
I have received an order form. What's next?
You will receive order details from us once an order has been successfully placed. You are advised to proceed with the reservations according to the order details given, and to notify us promptly for any alterations in the reservation.
Payments
I have received an order. When will I receive the payment?
Payment will be debited to you upon successful payment made by the buyer by no later than 1 month before the buyer’s planned date of visit.
The program fee on the website is listed differently than the actual program fee that was submitted.
Listed programs include a small fee that we charge for every transaction made with StudyTravel.
